HCMku Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

 

Thank you for your interest in the HCMku Affiliate Program. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

The HCMku Affiliate Program allows individuals to refer businesses to subscribe to our Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS platform. In return, affiliates will receive a 10% one-time commission based on the subscription fee paid by the referred company.

2. Eligibility

  • The Affiliate Program is open to all individuals with an active HCMku account, including current customers or employees of companies already subscribed to HCMku.
  • Referrals can be made by sharing a unique referral link provided after registration.

3. Commission Structure

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn 10% commission of the subscription fee paid by the referred company for any HCMku plan.
  • One-Time Payment: The commission is paid only once the referred company successfully subscribes to an HCMku plan.
  • Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is IDR 200,000. Affiliates must reach this threshold before requesting a payout.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Method: Commissions will be paid via the payment method selected in your HCMku affiliate account, once the minimum payout threshold is reached.
  • Payout Period: Payouts are processed monthly, following confirmation of the referred company’s subscription payment.

5. Referral Process

  • Referred Company Subscription: A company must complete the sign-up and purchase process for an eligible HCMku plan via the affiliate’s referral link in order for the affiliate to receive commission.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy: Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information during the registration process.
  • Promotion of HCMku: Affiliates are expected to represent HCMku professionally and in accordance with all applicable laws and ethical standards when promoting the service.
  • Prohibited Practices: Affiliates may not use deceptive or misleading marketing practices, including false claims, spamming, or infringing on any intellectual property rights.

7. HCMku’s Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Dashboard: HCMku will provide affiliates with a dashboard to track their referrals, commissions, and payment status.
  • Support: HCMku will provide support for any questions or issues regarding the affiliate program.

8. Program Termination

  • Termination by HCMku: HCMku reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time, particularly if any violation of the terms or unethical conduct is identified.
  • Termination by Affiliate: Affiliates can choose to terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying HCMku.

9. Changes to the Program

HCMku reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to the terms will be communicated to affiliates in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

HCMku is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, including loss of revenue, data, or business interruption.
