Key Features of the Interview Schedule Section #
- Scheduling an Interview
To schedule an interview for an applicant, recruiters can add the interview details, including:- Interview Date and Time: Set the specific date and time for the interview.
- Interviewer: Assign the interviewer(s) responsible for conducting the interview.
- Interview Mode: Choose the mode of interview—phone, video, or in-person.
- Viewing Interviews
Once an interview is scheduled, it will appear in both:- Calendar View: A visual representation of interviews, which can be filtered by months, days, or weeks for easier scheduling.
- List View: A detailed list of scheduled interviews, allowing for quick access and tracking.
- Managing Interview Status
- Accept or Reject: If the user is assigned as the interviewer, they have the option to accept or reject the interview invite.
- Rescheduling: Interviews can be rescheduled for future dates, allowing flexibility in managing the hiring process.
- Post-Interview Actions
