Features of the Employee Section #
- Employee Data Overview
Employee information is displayed in a tabular format, including Name, Email, Role, Status, and a detailed profile view. Admins can easily edit or delete records. Clicking on an employee’s name provides access to a comprehensive profile. - Adding Employees
- Manual Entry: Input all employee details directly into the system.
- Invitation Link: Send an invite to employees to fill in their details themselves.
- Export List: Download employee data for offline access in a convenient format.
Employee Profile Sections #

View all key details, including personal and professional information, tasks, ongoing projects, and performance metrics, for a comprehensive understanding of an employee’s contributions. - Projects
Displays a list of assigned projects with details such as Project Name, Team Members, Client, Status, and Deadline. You can edit, view Gantt Charts, archive, or delete projects, with the option to add new ones. - Tasks
Tracks all assigned tasks across projects, including due dates and status, ensuring accountability and clarity. - Leaves
Record and manage employee leave requests, categorized as Casual, Sick, or Earned. Admins can approve, reject, or assign leaves and export the data for records. - Leave Quota
Displays a summary of allotted, used, and remaining leaves per category for each employee. - Time Logs
Records the time spent on tasks, including start and end times, total hours worked, and earnings. Logs can be added or exported for analysis. - Documents
Securely stores official documents such as contracts, certificates, and other necessary records in one place, simplifying documentation. - Permissions
Admins can define access levels for employees, ensuring data security. Admin permissions remain fixed and cannot be modified. - Emergency Contacts
